Originally released to cinemas in 76 countries on 21 November 2019, “Spirits In The Forest”, is a concert film, documentary, and the 15th home video by Depeche Mode. It was filmed when the band performed at the Waldbühne arena in Berlin on 23 and 25 July 2019, during the two final shows of the “Global Spirit Tour”. It also tells the stories of six fans and interpret Depeche Mode through their eyes. The physical release of the concert and documentary followed on 26 June 2020. A standalone live album called “Live Spirits Soundtrack”, with the two CD’s from this title, was released simultaneously.
